Trippy...Anyway, it's stated for whatever record there is that might be interested that I do not do drugs... when I was really a lot younger I used to sniff glue and that's about it (could that be why I'm so messed up now?)
Well the point is that I don't do drugs, but I hear stories and stuff from people that actually do, I don't care they can do what they want. Last night I encountered something that's been holding sway over my mind all day.
I got this from watching a horror movie called In the Mouth of Madness. Long story short it's about an investigator that goes out looking for a missing horror novelist and his latest story and winds up in a town out of the novelists books where horrible things happen and people are infected by some ancient evil. Towards the very end of the movie the novelist reveals a lot of things to they main character and how he knew about everything he was doing, it's because this investigator is just another character in his new book, he was created by the book so that it could get back to the civilized world or something.
Well I have to say this really threw me. I've been questioning our concepts of reality all day and haven't made any headway. It's one of those questions with no answer you know... How do we know we are real? Could this all be just a dream of some other mind? Does questioning reality cause it to exist? All sorts of creepy thoughts...
